  1. Thank you so much as I am just starting to purchase new tools for home projects! This was very helpful! I very much enjoy all your videos!

  2. Great stuff, Stefani. I’m a huge fan of Ryobi. I have 4 out of 5 on your list. I need to get an orbital sander. I just added it to my Home Depot List.

  3. All the well-know power tool brands are fine for the homeowner/DIYer, but DO stick to a single line (same batteries) for your cordless tools. If other people pay you to do woodworking for them, you can and should be more picky.

  4. Great list! Your construction background really shows, I’m a bit of a tool junkie but didn’t know some of this stuff. I learned the hard way that it also pays to invest in a tool system that’s been around for awhile. I started getting Craftsman C3 tools only for Sears to sell off the Craftsman brand and the whole ecosystem changed. Got a bunch of Ryobi stuff now and no complaints, brad nailer is next!

  5. This is an excellent video, even though I own pretty much all the tools that you’re showing, and then some with Ryobi! You do a much better job demonstrating and showing how they function then I have seen in a while! I love how you break down your projects and your power tools, and simplify how there to be used vs talking above our ! Thank you!!!

  6. I’m going to join your channel. I have been asking so many questions to not get an answer. There are so many things I want to learn to fix my home. It’s overwhelming watching the videos a sad and still have no clue

  7. Thank you Stefani. The Dewalt sander is one of my favorite tools. I bought it when I saw your custom closet video. I went ahead and attached the shop vac to avoid a dust storm as you did in one of your other videos. I have to say, it works beautifully!👍

  8. Have Ryobi battery powered drill, miter saw and circular saw … bought to rebuild an entire deck, very convienant not messing with cords.

  9. Great overview of each tool you presented. It was nice to have an explanation of each in general terms, easy to understand and great tips. TY

  11. This video is a must-watch for anyone starting their DIY journey. You break down the tools in a way that’s easy to understand, and now I know exactly which ones to get for my projects. It’s like a beginner’s guide to power tools – super helpful!

  12. Loved this. I still have the drill, hammers, and sander from the 90s when I bought them. However, I have since upgraded to cordless, so much easier when your workload is not as intense as yours. Great suggestions. Thanks for sharing with us. 👍🏼👍🏼🛠🛠
